Entry Fee is $100 one or all Meat Categories
$15 Jackpot Beans
Each team is asked to please donate the entered ribs & brisket minus the
cuts used for judging to the Gregg County Historical Museum to be used as a fundraiser.
The chief cook will turn in the remaining ribs & brisket at the designated location.
CHECK IN TIME BEGINS AT 4 PM FRIDAY APRIL 13th.
MEAT INSPECTION 4PM - 10PM.
TEAMS MUST BE SET UP PRIOR TO THE COOKS MEETING AT 9AM APRIL 14th.

There is very limited electricity available. Must be self contained. Spots available on a first come, first served basis. Maude Cobb Convention center has a limited number of RV spots available close to fairgrounds @ $20 a night. (16 full hookups available/19 limited hookups)
