* No tents, tables or chairs will be provided

* Setup times are: Friday 12th 10-5pm, Saturday 13th 8am-10am

* Spaces available on a first come, first served basis

* There are a limited number of food vendor spaces available

* Food vendors must also purchase a Certificate of Health from the City of Longview

* This is an outdoor arena, rodeo goes rain or shine

* Vendors get up to 4 credentials per booth. Additional credentials are available for $5 each

I understand that I am responsible for:  (1) any damage caused by the setup, tear down, and removal of my property and its contents;  (2) I will acquire any necessary permits or permission from the City or County offices that are applicable to the type of product that I have to offer;  (3) collection and payment of taxes or fees to the City or State;   (4) Dalton Days has booth placement right and the right to approve the sale or display of any item, specifically including beer, soda, and water.  (5)   Vendor agrees to INDEMNIFY AND SAVE HARMLESS Gregg County Historical Museum, The Dalton Days Committee, City of Longview, Lawnmower Racing Assoc., their officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, and suits accruing or resulting from any damages, injury, or loss to any person or persons, including all persons to whom the Vendor may be liable under a Worker’s Compensation law and himself from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims or suits for damages, including but not limited to loss of property, goods, wares or merchandise, caused by, arising out of or in any way connected with the exercise by Vendor of the privileges herein.  I also agree to carry liability insurance where possibility may exist for injury or damages.
